The home is warm and comfortable. The kitchen is particularly well equipped. The outdoor terrace allows you to enjoy the sun at the end of the day. The house is really ideal for large groups. In short, nothing to say, the place is perfect.

Wonderful place for a family or friend gathering. Nice dining areas, inside and out. Many showers/bathrooms means no waiting lines. The soccer and tennis areas are a wonderful addition. Kitchen is well equipped. House also is well insulated, which is nice during colder days. Overall, we had a great time.

We have just spent 10 days in this beautiful home and would have no hesitation to book again if we were to return to Trouville. There were 4 adults, an 18 month old and a dog and we had plenty of space to share. There were house has all the amenities required for a family stay and has an additional toilet in the utility room. The house has 3 floors and therefore lots of stairs and it’s an uphill walk from the town centre so may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. It was fine for us though and provided the opportunity to walk off the delicious meals we ate in the fantastic restaurants. The location is great for walking into Deauville and beyond, a beautiful coast line. We took the train into Paris also which was brilliant. Mickael was our contact and he was incredibly helpful and responsive to our questions , thank you Mickael!!

A beautiful base close to the sea. Very nice cottage within walking distance of the shops and the sea. Anything you need is present. The small garden and parking are a big plus. Friendly lady. Highly recommended

Very welcoming, clean and well equipped house. Everything was perfect!! Our friends loved the place, the living room as well as the bedrooms!

The hardest part of this weekend was leaving this house!! From the little notes on the kitchen doors to avoid looking for bowls or pots, to the large super friendly table where we celebrated our son's 50th birthday, to the well-equipped bedrooms and bathroom, the beautiful pool and its super safety to avoid stress with the youngest who took advantage of all the possibilities of games and toys as in Tintin, the house is great for 4 to 74 years old. Thank you for thinking of everything to bring us back. A small request for placemats to protect your beautiful table. Everyone went back to work to afford their next stay.

What a beautiful home!!! We had a memorable family weekend at Julia's house. All were impressed by the beauty and grandeur of the place! 10 nicely appointed bedrooms with comfortable auper beds, plenty of bathrooms and a huge garden. There was a living room with super comfortable sofas for a very relaxing TV break, in addition to a reception room including a piano, a foosball table, a small ping pong table, and even a pantry, there was one for everyone. It was Grandiose! The place was equipped with bbq and lots of games for the whole family. Julia was a super flexible and pleasant host, I was really very happy with this meeting and delighted with this stay that made our whole family happy. I sincerely hope to be back! Thanks for everything Julia! That was awesome!

We had a great weekend. The house is beautiful. We were able to do everything on foot, the port, the beach, the restaurant... the lutherie and the decor are great. In short, I recommend it. Thank you very much, Guenolee.

We had a wonderful stay at Damien's place. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer to truly enjoy all there is to offer on-site. The checkin went smoothly and was flexible, and Damien was very communicative throughout our stay. He was able to accommodate our extra requests with two babies. The house is well stocked with linens, toys for the kids, everything you might need in the kitchen, and plenty to explore outside. Our daughter enjoyed feeding the ducks and taking endless trips down the slide outside each morning. Our family made great memories here and we hope to come back again in the future!

We enjoyed our time in Deauville. This home had plenty of space for our family to spread out in. The location was great with lots of shops and restaurants within a short walk.

the pluses: Comfortable house very well located and perfectly quiet. Quick access to the beach allows beautiful walks and also arrival in Honfleur by the estuary. The two terraces are ideal for meals for 7/8 people, the large lot is perfectly enclosed and safe for children and dogs even small. The fairly busy road along the land does not cause any disturbance. Depending on the direction of the wind, you can be slightly confused by the sound of Le Havre flares (on the other side )or the passage of a few big boats that make the show! the -: if the kitchen is perfectly equipped in terms of appliances, it is however missing two or three fundamental utensils such as the oven dish exit handles and large service knives. The operation of the living room lighting remained a mystery to us! (untimely outages). Overall, the service is as described quiet and comfortable.

We had an amazing stay! The location is perfect, very close to the beach and town and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Just far enough out from the main town that it is nice and quiet too. Would definitely recommend this place !

We went here for an extended family break with small kids. It was perfect! The garden was big with beautiful cherry trees that tasted absolutely delicious! There was so much space for the children to run around and a beautiful terrace so sit out on in the evenings. The house was perfect and kitted out for all we needed. There aren’t many amenities around so you have to drive to the shops but that was fine. The walk to the beach was lovely and only 1km away, the children loved playing there. Louise was very helpful and very responsive, the place was very clean and not cluttered. A very stylish house! We would definitely recommend anyone to stay here! Thank you!

We stayed for a weekend with friends (12 people) at Villa Boubou where Philippe welcomed us warmly and we had a great time. Passionate about American vehicles, we were able to discuss the subject, a good time of sharing. The guardian cat of the😉😄 place is adorable and did not fail to welcome us and spend time with us. Top Amenities. Villa Boubou is a good alternative and well located for visiting museums and landing beaches. A little plus, a bakery located 50 meters away and a supermarket with its drive and gas 500 meters away. We highly recommend Villa Boubou and its hosts Karine & Plilippe. Laurence and Christophe

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The house is very well equipped and very roomy. Communication from the host was excellent at all times So much to do with the kids and the swimming pool fantastic! Garden is so big. Would highly recommend for large families

We had an exceptional stay in this cottage, which is undoubtedly one of the best rentals we have ever known. And yet, we have done a lot over the years, in all seasons. This cottage is actually a second home, and you can tell right away: the owners leave their personal belongings there, which shows how much they trust the tenants. This creates a unique atmosphere — you immediately feel at home. Everything is perfectly maintained. We wonder how many hours are spent on housework. The beds are very comfortable, and the living spaces are spacious and bright. The pool is a real plus, especially for the children, who loved it. It's a huge asset. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised, because the photos on the site do not really do justice to the beauty and generosity of the place: a large garden, a small adjoining wood, a real feeling of calm and space.

We spent 2 relaxing weeks at Alice's place. Alice was an excellent host, communicative, responsive and making extra effort to provide us with information in English and also speaking to us in English. We (and our 2 dogs) received a warm welcome from Alice and she stayed in touch through our stay and answered all questions quickly. The highlight of Alice's place was the outside space with covered, comfortable seating, a choice of places to sit and eat and a very warm swimming pool! Inside were comfortable beds and a powerful shower. The area was beautiful and quiet with many walking and cycling opportunities and certainly one we'd like to return to. The nearby town of Pont Audemer has everything you could need and is very pretty. We would recommend Le Sadi Carnot and Le Vieux Puits.

Beautiful house, tastefully decorated, we had a pleasant time there. However, it should be noted that the heating of the pool was broken during our stay, it did not bother us too much because the weather was not there.
