Farthings Cottage is a recently refurbished warm and cosy little hideaway nestled amongst woodland and fields; close to our house but private. With garden a covered terrace and fire-pit. In the southern part of Warwickshire - easy access to Stratford-on-Avon, Warwick and the Cotswolds. Tucked away in 26 acres of equestrian tranquility. With a friendly golden, a cat, five horses and two teenagers. We would say that a car is an absolute necessity as there is a drive away from all amenities.

The Bakery is a private, self-contained barn conversion set apart from the main farmhouse at Drybank Farm, surrounded by beautiful rolling Warwickshire countryside. The Old Manor Cottage is a beautiful Grade 2 listed thatched cottage that dates back to the 17th century and sits peacefully in the large grounds of the owner's manor house. The charming cottage has a lovely cosy feel with many character features, including exposed beams and oak doors. It is surrounded by stunning countryside. William Shakespeare's birthplace of Stratford upon Avon is less than 10 miles away. Chipping Campden and Stow on the Wold are both within 20 minutes.

Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.
