We had a great stay in this place, a real gem: easy to access, clean, warm, and less than 5 minutes' walk from the train station, which makes it easy to reach all the neighborhoods of Paris. Very nice accommodation with a view of the Seine. We had our bikes with us on our tour and were able to take very nice tours from there. Rouen is easy to reach within 30 minutes via the direct bus connection in front of the door.

We loved the stay, clean, organized, modern, well-located apartment. We stayed 2 days and drove to Giverny and surroundings, easy access to everything. We walked to the center. There is parking in the building and on the street as well, and it is easy to park. Safe. Kitchen equipped with Carrefour nearby. Highly recommended.

The apartment was very nice and lovingly furnished. It was also very clean. We felt very comfortable. Communication with Anthony went very well and the answers came very quickly.

Very good stay at Céline and Sylvain's. Friendly and accommodating hosts. The bedding is comfortable. We particularly appreciated that basic necessities were made available.

This accommodation is very pleasant with its large living room and a very nice private garden with a barbecue if needed. Very welcoming and attentive hosts. Near Honfleur and Pont Audemer. We had a great stay in Beuzeville.

We had such a lovely stay at this beautiful home. The garden and pool is really special and the house feels clean, modern and stylish. It’s really well stocked with plenty of essentials and extras. Stephane, Anais and Aurore were very responsive throughout and were flexible when our departure was a little delayed due to travelling with a newborn. We barely left the pool but the area has lots of great villages to explore. The local village vending machine with baguettes and croissants is great fun. Will definitely come back!

We had a very good weekend in Dominique's charming house. Comfortable with its beautiful garden which we fully enjoyed. The environment is very quiet. Within walking distance of beautiful walks to discover this pretty Iton Valley. We thank Dominique and her husband for their very friendly welcome, their advice and their discretion. Thank you for the small, much appreciated touches for the first breakfast. 😉 We'll be back!

Excellent stay... Superb welcome from the hosts, accommodation full of charm and more than equipped (nothing is missing...). Peaceful and spacious garden, soothing rooms, kitchen that makes you want to cook good food... Very quiet environment but close to all usual amenities. Nothing to say and we're already thinking about going back. Thank you very much to you two and beautiful continuation. We look forward to seeing you again!

The studio is well-equipped, especially the kitchen which is very functional. Despite the outside heat, it remained cool, which was very appreciable. Located a 7-minute walk from the Saint-Cyr RER station, its location is perfect, in the quiet of a street away from the main traffic axis and close to shops. The private driveway to park your vehicle is a significant plus! The possibility of using the sofa bed (practical and comfortable) was also welcome, which saved me from sharing the bed with my daughter. It is not possible to close the shutters of the main room, so you should expect brightness in the apartment early in the morning in summer (there are curtains). In summary, we had a very good week in this accommodation.

My parents enjoyed their stay at Swan, happy to find the accommodation as they had occupied it last year. The accommodation is very comfortable and functional for elderly people. I hope they can travel again next year. It will be at Swan, or not at all!

We had a great time in this apartment. The beautiful terrace is a real plus. The person who made our entrance was very nice and helpful. Thank you. The small problem is simply the lack of dishes: cutlery in small numbers, only 1 bowl, etc ... but it's accessory.

the apartment is welcoming, clean, intimate conducive to relaxation. the bathroom with the balneo is a big plus, it works wonderfully and the instructions given by Marie to fully enjoy it are great! Despite the proximity of the listing to the street, we were not disturbed by the noise. The bedding is of very good quality. Marie was very accommodating when we arrived and left. I would recommend this place!

Very clean rental, in a very pleasant living environment, quiet. The hosts are very helpful, attentive and very kind. The only downside is that there is no living room and the kitchen is a little small (but there are several restaurants available just next door, within walking distance. We recommend it and will return, without hesitation, to Julien and Manon!
