This completely separated apartment within a large historic home is very special. The entrance is up a spiral staircase that leads to an upper porch/verandah which is well appointed with hammock and comfortable outdoor furniture. It has a spacious tree house feel. The house is set way back from the road in the historic district giving it a private secluded feel, yet downtown. The apartment is completely closed off to the rest of the house and has seperate entrance, kitchen, bathroom etc.

The location is super convenient if you are here for any U of A event (football, baseball, basketball, softball, visiting your kids, etc.) and only a short 30 minute drive from Rogers/Bentonville and XNA.
