Common areas include the garden and our (Grotto) where you can see Gadd spring, one of the areas many natural springs. It’s a short walk to Historic downtowns shops, restaurants, and activities. This cottage style home was built in 1880 and is one of the oldest houses in Eureka Springs. It is nestled near a creek that runs year round and provides a beautiful setting and soothing sound. It is in town and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and bars, and yet it is very private with no neighbors in sight. You can step across the street and get your mountain bike on one of the most popular mountain biking trails in Eureka Springs. There is a hot tub, and we are pet friendly!

The Carriage House, distinctive lodging

There is no other house like the carriage house, it is distinctive, we have a large yard, very close to town, right nextdoor to the Crescent hotel, dead end street, large open floor plan, pool table, fireplace, central heat and air, sleeps up to 6 people. The stairs going to the upstairs are wood and steep. We accept pets,the pet fee is 150.00 per pet, please contact me for anything additional. The rate is a base rate of 185 for 2 and 25 for each additional person.
