Stay with us in beautiful Deborah Bay on our 7 acres lifestyle block.We are 64 meters up on the hill, the view is very nice. Our sleepout is a small but new, warm, well insulated 1 bedroom unit. We have the biggest, most comfortable bed ever. We offer a super king size mattress with freshly washed linen, dried by the southern wind. No kitchen, only a microwave, toaster and a fridge. Great quality bikes are available for rent. Only 18mins from Dunedin and 3 mins from caffees and shops.

Our unique stand alone studio is a small, historic, renovated school about 30km north of Dunedin and close to the village of Karitane. The school has everything you need for a warm, comfortable stay. There books and games for your use. We live in a repurposed sheep shearing shed nearby and both buildings are surrounded by extensive gardens and plantings. There are panoramic views of the very picturesque coast line and out to sea. It is very peaceful and private.

The cottage is on the west harbour 15 minute drive from Dunedin. Short drives take you to unspoilt beaches and scenic reserves. Less than a kilometer away from the cottage is the start of a track through native bush to the top of Mount Cargill with panoramic views of the Otago Harbour.
