This home sits in front of Schmidt Park and overlooks the park, Ohio River and Cincinnati skyline with free on/off-street parking. It accommodates business trips, and week or weekend getaway. Fully Private Studio basement apartment. Private entrance. Beautiful 1 acre yard with lots of trees, and a small creek. Wonderful place for birdwatching! The apartment is fully private, with a separate entrance but is attached to my personal residence. *The floor mattress is only appropriate for 5'2" and below. *The stairs to access the apartment are steep and may present problems for those with mobility issues. Long term stays on a case by case basis.

Great little apartment in Glendale - my wife wanted to take home one of the chairs because it fit her petite body so well! Only thing to know about this place is that it is not set up to cook in. Only a microwave and insta-pot cooker is available. No stove or cooktop. But with the plethora of dining options nearby, you’ll be fine.

Property is exactly as described. Spiral stair case was just fine for us! Space was quiet and had everything we needed. Hosts had great recommendations for local places to eat. Check in was easy as was checking out. Bonus is property is so clean that check out is simple. Lock doors and windows and turn A/C to set number. Love that! Thank you. Will keep this property in mind and book again if traveling as a pair and not a family.
