This is a gated property with secure parking for campers, boats, trailers, etc. The studio is totally renovated with the highest quality of materials. Fruit is available to guests when in season and there is usually something in season during the year. TESLA charging is available at parking area (guest must bring their TESLA charging cable). No children under 12 yrs. old.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Located in Homestead, you are in the central location for outlets, The Florida Keys, and Miami. 2 floor apartment with the main bedroom on the second floor. Also located on the second floor is the bathroom and shower. All Televisions are brand new smart Tv's. Avocado Villas is a quiet neighborhood, and the house is surrounded with security cameras for your protection.

Charming private back pool house on a fenced property in a quiet neighborhood close to US 1, the Turnpike, the Keys, Nascar and the Homestead Speedway, and the Everglades. You are 15-20 minutes from the Speedway, 20 minutes from the Everglades, and 30 minutes from Key Largo. For guests wishing to stay a month or more, I would require you to provide a copy of your photo ID.
