Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Everglades City

Jessica was extremely responsive and accommodating. Our flight got cancelled the morning of our intended arrival pushing us back a day, Jessica worked with us to add a day to the end of our stay, she's great! The condo is spotless, well appointed, tastefully decorated, located in our favorite area of the island and provides a beautiful view of the Marco River. We've stayed at a number of places on Marco over the years and Jessica's ranks as our new #1!

I had a great stay at the condo. The location is great, easy walk to the beach to watch sunsets and don't worry about driving and parking. I loved the decor and panoramic windows. Overall, the condo is very spacious, updated and parking is ample. I would definitely stay here again if I'm back to Naples area.

This condo was charming, clean, and just the right size for a comfortable stay. The keyless entry system was super convenient. Perfectly located right across from beach access and within walking distance to numerous restaurants. I would definitely recommend it and would love to stay here again.

The apartment is new, very clean, spacious and exactly as described. We loved our stay and used the pool area and other amenities provided by the complex. It is surrounded by multiple new restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay here! Definitely recommend. We loved having all of the beach supplies - chairs, cooler, large towels, wagon, etc. It’s close to the beach which is a huge plus. We also used the bikes every single night to get places. We really enjoyed that they were available. Also appreciated having the guest information book. It provides information and pictures of everything you could possibly need and many recommendations for restaurants or things to do in the area.

Amazing place to stay! Saw dolphins and manatee DAILY was the highlight of our trip!

This Airbnb had everything we were looking for: -Proximately to a Beach -Outdoor Space -Peaceful/Walkable Neighborhood -Clean -Modern -Access to Beach Supplies There was not a single thing I could critique about our stay here. It had everything we were looking for, on top of the fact that it spotless. I also underestimated how nice the beach supplies would be. There were multiple Tommy Bahama chairs (high quality), sturdy umbrellas, and a number of nice hard-cover coolers. Everything someone would need to go enjoy a full day at the beach. This is a no-brainer Airbnb for southwest Florida.

This very bright and airy private home has everything you may want for a relaxing holiday retreat. It is impeccably designed with high-end contemporary furniture, appliances, kitchenware and bath products. It is quiet and filled with birdsong once you step outside into the screened covered lanai. Only minutes from a plethora of food and beverage options and the beaches of downtown Naples. It was a pleasure staying at Flamingo House and I plan on returning soon.

This was such a beautiful home. It was perfect for our family weekend getaway. We have small babies and the house was perfect for a family with small babies. We spent most of our time in the pool and loved the fact that there was a tv by the pool super relaxing and peaceful. Timberly was an amazing host so sweet and hospitable.

My kids had a great time in your awesome home! The extra games in the property make such a great difference, I will highly recommend your property! Awesome place to be!

We loved this place! Felt magical walking into the AirBnb. Insanely clean when we walked in spacious and feels like a home not just a spot for a vacation. 15 minutes from Naples beach and 5-10 from amazing restaurants. My family and I could definitely see ourselves in this same place for our trip next year. I’m also one who is very cautious on price but it was worth every penny. Highly recommend!

This is the 1st time stopping at Emmanuels villa, We had a great time here very, the villa clean and spacious. Emmanuel was very responsive and very helpful . The villa has a large pool which is excellent and great for swimming and it is extremely private. The villa had everything you needed for the beach ie. brolly , backpack chairs Sun hats and the foldable trolley which is a must when going to the beach. all in excellent condition. we were very sad to leave and hope to return in the future. we have holidayed 27 times in Florida, and found this villa to be up there with some of the best we have stayed. we would thoroughly recommend this villa to anyone wanting to holiday in Marco island , and having a great host makes a very smooth enjoyable experience. This was our first time visiting Marco Island with my husband, 5 year old son and 2 year old daughter. We do not have enough great things to say about how much we loved our stay at this house! I think it was in an absolutely perfect location to the beach and local amenities, we had a great time hanging out in the private pool by our little one was napping then would walk down the street and out to the beach every night for the beautiful sunsets. We will definitely be back.

Very close to 5th Ave and the beach. Plenty to do between the pool, shuffle board, corn hole, and board games. The bikes and beach chairs were in use daily. Responded to any questions or requests we had. Overall a great experience.

I’ve never experienced a more helpful and easy going host- wow! She drove miles away to a bar my friend and I were at to give us in person instructions, beach passes and keys. Everything was perfect, super comfy beds, clean and walking distance to restaurant and bar next door that was a blast. We even got to see a mama manatee and a baby right in the little canal outside our door. We had a little car trouble and she was more than gracious to let it stay there until it could be picked up and even included a late check out. Townhouse furnished with all you need. I’m definitely coming back here- Nathalie is awesome!

Dovile's condominium was perfect for our family of four. It was just like the pictures and was very clean and well stocked. It was also very convenient to Naples, Marco and the Everglades. We loved being able to walk to tennis, pickleball and the pool and we really enjoyed the wonderful golf at Lely! Dovile's responses were always extremely timely, kind and answered any and all of our questions. We loved our stay and would definitely stay there again! Location just can not be beat! Right across the street from public beach access. Parking is easy and convenient. Host was very accommodating, and allowed us to check in a little early. Condo was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and then some! We were very pleased with this stay and would choose to stay here again.

Our stay was fantastic. Dina was kind and she gave us very clear instructions on how to enter her place and how to leave it upon check out. I am very happy we stayed at the place! You should book here too!!!!

The unit was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was excellent, and it had everything I needed to make breakfast each morning. While the grounds are still recovering from the hurricane, with some visible damage, the pools are open and fully functional. Overall, it didn’t detract from an enjoyable stay.

Had a great stay this week at William’s place. Clean and quiet place. It doesn’t get more convenient than being just feet from 5th avenue and less than a mile from the beach! William was great by providing beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, and a wagon to make it much much easier to take out to the beach. I definitely recommend this place for a stay!
