A lovely little cabin in the rustic Lompico hills just outside of Felton. The open floor plan makes the cabin feel very roomy, and the bright interior, together with lots of natural light, makes the place feel very cheery and welcoming. The property sits on a half-acre of gently sloping land ringed by redwoods, it's gorgeous and peaceful. Our dog loved roaming, sniffing around and playing fetch with the tennis balls left by the host. Getting there is quite easy, just follow the host's directions...the narrow mountain road might seem a little daunting at first, but we got the hang of it quickly. About 5 minutes down the road is the Zayante general store for necessities and Felton proper is about 10 minutes away. Loch Lomond is also about 10 minutes away. Lompico is a beautiful area with a cool history (look it up!) and the perfect place to unwind. Thanks for having us!

Overall great place! The host was very helpful when getting us an early check in and the house was great. Everything was clean and new and matched the photos.

We had a wonderful stay here, and we truly appreciated the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The location was perfect for everything we needed, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities – a definite highlight. There was a few drops of water dripping in the hallway at the bottom of the stairs after after some heavy rain. Julia was informed and took immediate action to address. Overall, we had a great experience, and we would happily stay here again.

Where do I start? Communication was top-tier not to mention the environment was beautiful. Plenty of rooms. Plenty of bathrooms very clean. Literally felt right at home. Very quiet neighborhood loved this place.

It was a good place to stay. Everything that she said about the place was true. I would definitely recommend to read the descriptions carefully so that way you won’t be shocked by anything. The place was very clean but may feel like it echoes easily. Gina was a great host and any questions we had she would respond in a quick manner. The only thing was the street parking, but we hadn’t run into any issues on that end during our stay. One thing to note as well is that if you go during the cooler months and it’s not weather you are used to, you will have to turn on the heater yourself. But overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who’s looking into this area to book here. It is certainly close to lots of places within 5-15 min drive.

Everything was great! The unit had everything you could possibly need for a trip (stocked bathroom, stocked kitchen, tons of extra towels and blankets). The neighborhood was also very quiet, which was great because we're light sleepers. I would definitely recommend this spot and would stay again.

Linda and Bob are wonderful hosts. We love their beautiful studio. The location is an amazing and we felt very safe and secure. Their property is a beautiful vineyard and the pool is right outside the studio. Lots of walkable paths, and our dogs Loved it. We will be back!

Me and my girlfriend needed a little getaway and this was perfect. There was a small ant problem and Maria had someone there to take care of it within an hour. Would highly recommend.

Place is exactly as described. Glad we asked about the heated pool and got it heated during our stay. June was still chilly at night and would have made the pool too cold to swim in for mots of the day without heating. Place was clean and exactly as described.

I can’t say enough great things about my stay (over a month long) at Lola’s place! It was absolutely beautiful, tranquil and had a huge yard for my two dog to run around and explore. Lola was always very responsive and friendly. Great escape from the city life but only moments away from Redwood City and Menlo Park. Will absolutely stay here again if the opportunity arises. Don’t miss this rare gem!

Vic was very responsive. The code didn't work when I tried to enter and I let him know. The code was immediately changed, and it worked fine after that. The t.v. volume stopped working and when I let him know, he came over quickly. He had to reload the Roku app and connect the device and it was working again. He checked in with me to make sure things were going well, much appreciated. There weren't any check out chores to do, which made it easy to pack up and leave. My dog enjoyed his stay and the surrounding area. It is a normal residential neighborhood and very walkable. Vic is a wonderful host.

Staying at this cabin nestled in the heart of a redwood grove in the Santa Cruz mountains was truly magical. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this wasn't just a place to stay — it was a carefully curated experience. The host has thought of everything to make guests feel at home and beyond comfortable. The attention to detail was incredible: high-quality toiletries, a well-stocked pantry with essentials (and then some!), soft, luxurious bedding, and even thoughtfully placed candles that added a cozy, relaxing atmosphere. Every touch felt intentional and generous. What truly set this stay apart, though, was the host. Incredibly accommodating, kind, and flexible — they went out of their way to ensure every one of our needs was met with care and promptness. It’s rare to come across someone so committed to hospitality. Waking up surrounded by towering redwoods, with birdsong filtering through the trees, was unforgettable.

Ricky's place was perfect for what we needed and just a mile away from History Park. The place is spacious with three rooms and all the appliances worked well and were super clean! The host left water bottles in the fridge which really helped during the heat wave. The beds were super comfortable and I was really impressed with the soft towels. We left our thermos in the fridge and they offered to ship it back to us. That really is true hospitality. We had a fantastic stay at their place and will definitely book again when we're in the area! Thanks so much!

We had great stay at Binh’s place for a family retreat. It’s very clean and thoughtfully decorated. Located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, we were able to reach Monterey and Santa Cruz fairly easily. Binh is friendly, easy to communicate, and very available during our stay. I would recommend Binh’s place!

After staying at the place I can now understand why it has only 5-star reviews. The place is really charming and perfect for both long and short-term stays. This is the most fully stocked kitchen I've seen in AirBnB ever. The beds are large and comfy. The location is great. A very quiet and green neighborhood. A couple of shopping plazas along with the train station are nearby. Plenty of books, board games, high-speed Internet, and a big TV are in the house. I want to especially to emphasize how responsive and helping the hosts. Thank you for that! Overall, it's a great place and I would definitely stay there again.
