This 270 year old stone cottage was once the servants quarters for Oakleigh House, located centrally in the village on a quiet cul-de-sac. There are two pubs, a village shop & butcher nearby and country walks on the doorstep. Larger towns like Cheltenham, Stratford-upon-Avon & Worcester are within easy reach. More locally is the wonderful Cotswold town of Chipping Campden and the village of Broadway.

A ground floor self contained Studio apartment for adult's is one of two apartments here , comprising of kitchenette, with fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and hot plate and mini-oven. The Old Wash House is a grade 2 listed building. It has been sympathetically restored using reclaimed materials wherever possible to create luxury boutique style accommodation. The village of Bretforton is on the edge of the North Cotswolds. It is a short drive from Broadway and Chipping Campden, Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury It is a 5 minute walk away, the award winning Fleece Inn. A basic continental breakfast comprising granola, bread yogurt etc.

We have sheep, goats and chickens on site. Close to Shakespears birthplace Stratford-Upon-Avon, scenic Broadway, the market towns of Chipping Campden, Moreton in Marsh, Stow on the Wold and Bourton on the Water. Cheltenham and Worcester are also close by.
