Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Evora

The space is excellent, very cozy and sheltered, even though it is in a place with houses around it, it is very private and with total privacy. The house has more than enough space and conditions for 4/5 people, everything tidy and very clean. The pool is small, but big enough to cool off from the Alentejo heat. As for Carlos, he was an excellent host, always available for any and all questions, always with clear and concise information. The check-in process was super simple, and the instructions were always clear. I plan to return, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful and quiet space.

The hosts are wonderful! Everything was great. The couple are very generous and welcoming. They let the children pick fresh strawberries, and much more. The place is quiet and well equipped. The beds are very comfortable and the shower is perfect with many clean and fresh towels. Our little dog had a lot of outdoors to hang around safetly. We will definitely come again!

Perfect for those looking for a few peaceful days to disconnect. Heitor and Bernardina are fantastic, they help with anything that is needed and we feel at home. These days were fantastic and we hope to return.

We love our stay! The house is beautiful and cosy. Just a little cold, but with heaters in every room and fireplace to keep us warm in winter. The super friendly and friendly hosts, we feel at home! The village is very welcoming and the perfect starting point for a getaway to the discovery of the treasures of the high Alentejo! ❤️

Excellent stay! The house is very nice, even better than the photographs show. Pedro and his father, Mr. Manuel, are very friendly and attentive hosts. Mr. Manuel, who welcomed us and even left us a wonderful bread for breakfast the next morning. The house is in a very calm and very quiet place, fully equipped with everything we need. Comfortable beds. All windows have mosquito nets and shutters. extreme heat weekend was always fresh. During the day, the outdoor space by the pool with sun loungers, a hat and a pergola area for dining is perfect. In the morning and at night (with a citronella candle and some repellent) the floral pergola area in front of the house was all we needed to enjoy the weekend. It is 40 minutes from the beaches of Melides, Aberta Nova, Pego and Carvalhal, and 10 minutes from Alcácer do Sal where there is everything we need, restaurants and supermarkets.

We really enjoyed our stay - watching the sunset over the vineyard, stargazing, and warming ourselves by the fire. A very peaceful and relaxing place to stay.

The place was beautiful with amazing amenities. It was very relaxing and in a good location, not far from the main town. I would stay again.

A traditional Portuguese house fully updated inside, very comfortable and well equipped. São Bartolomeu is small village but about only a half hour drive to Évora. Beautiful countryside, friendly people, a cafe, pub, and grocery store all a short walk from Rita’s place. It was a treat to spend a few days in São Bartolomeu Do Outeiro in a clean, cozy, and comfortable home. Highly recommend Rita’s place.

We had a 1 night stay in Evora and Joaquim’s place was perfect to easily explore this beautiful city. His apartment has a compact living area with a very large main bedroom and a second bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds making it very versatile. The place was very clean and well equipped. Joaquim was very responsive and having keyless entry made it very flexible for arrival and departure. We would recommend this great apartment to anyone visiting Evora.

A good place to relax and spend a good vacation.

We were very warmly welcomed by Lucia and Cuno. We immediately received some extra toys for our daughter and a bath in which she could play wonderfully during our stay. Furthermore, it was a very nice environment and place to stay the last few days of our vacation. Also had a few good tips from Lucia and Cuno for excursions that were also suitable with a small child. Thanks for a great time!!

We liked the apt. It was an easy drive to grocery stores and to attractions. Easy out of the city and in to the apt. The apt was roomy and well kept. We reccomend.

The house was clean, bed comfortable and the swimming pool amazing. The queen bed is too small for 2 people but we managed as the house has 3 separate beds. Beautiful garden. quiet environment. Can recommend

Charlotte was very helpful as during our stay there was a power failure throughout Portugal and she ensured that we had what we needed. On our departure there were no ubers or taxis to take us to the bus terminal and Charlotte's husband drove us. Charlotte's place is in a great location and the bed was extremely comfortable.

It was fantastic to stay at Hugo's house. We will definitely repeat it. And I highly recommend this wonderful house in Alentejo

We really enjoyed staying at Monte da Courela. The space is very pleasant and has many amenities: kitchen spices, toys for the children, books, 2 televisions. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed: we asked for a crib and in addition to the crib, we had a baby bath towel. In addition, each room had a bathroom, which, for a large group with children, translated into a very comfortable stay. A special thanks to Carla, she was always available for any questions. We'll be back!

Absolutely beautiful! A must stay! Nice little gift basket, super clean and just amazing. Super comfy beds and plenty of space. If you go in the summer there is a pool and a fire pit area. So much outside entertainment areas. Good food restaurant recommendations. Easy access to the wineries, Monsaraz and Evora. Dora was very responsive. Thank you Dora!

This is a hidden gem nestled in a vineyard with a nice vegetable and fruit garden. Beautiful mild scented roses lined the entrance way to our villa. There was a large beautiful pool and our place was very clean. If you want a quiet relaxing time away from noise, light and air pollution this is the place to unwind. We did many day trips to the neighbouring towns and was always happy to be back here. Margarida and her husband, Joaquim, were gracious hosts who allowed us to pick fruits and vegetables from their farm. We enjoyed two bottles of wine (red and white wine) from their own vineyard which was very nice. Great view! Rustic and so close to nature. Great for guests who want a retreat for contemplation and to have a fun time with their families.

excellent space to be with the whole family and especially for the four-legged ones. Fantastic natural pool and has all the conditions for a fabulous stay. Spacious, air-conditioned suites are very comfortable and the kitchen is very functional. Beautiful and comfortable outdoor space.

A wonderful place to spend a few days with friends. Tranquility and disconnection. The villa is as shown in the photos. You have everything you need to cook. Great mattresses, pillows and towels! From the beginning of the reservation, Rui gave us all kinds of facilities and attention. Joana is very kind. We will definitely repeat! Thank you very much
