Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Evosmos

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Dimitris Unterkunft. Sehr schönes Haus und tolle Einrichtung, alles war sehr sauber. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, fast dörflich und man hat einen tollen Ausblick über die Stadt. Unser Highlight: den Sonnenuntergang auf der Stadtmauer genießen. Außerdem gab es sehr gute Tavernen in der Nähe. Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen :))

Very nice and friendly hosts, perfect if you are travelling with a baby, they have everything you might need. Is a 30 minute walk to the city center and you can also take a bus, all very accessible. Great place, definitely would like to come back.

We had a good time staying at the place. It was clean, we were received personally and it was easy and uncomplicated to reach our host. The location was perfect for us. It's within broader walking distance from the center and easy to get around with public transportation.

Très belle location où je suis resté 6 jours. Les photos correspondent à la réalité du logement qui est très agréable à vivre y compris pour une famille avec deux enfants. Il est situé à Naro Poli il y a donc une petite grimpette pour aller au centre de Thessalonique mais ça se fait quand même assez facilement (20 minutes du plein centre ville). La porte de la chambre qui est en verre laisse passer la lumiere ce qui ne facilite pas le sommeil. La décoration est très sympa et Pelagia très réactive aux sms; cependant je regrette l’absence de contact physique avec l hôte qui pourrait se faire à l arrivée mais c est un point de vue personnel et ce mode opératoire de boîte à clé est aussi très pratique surtout lorsque l on ne sait pas exactement l’heure d arrivée …..Bon nombre de logements RBNB procèdent ainsi.

Υπέροχα όλα και ότι πρέπει για δύο άτομα! Η οικοδεσπότης φοβερή κοπέλα και απαντούσε πάντα σε ό,τι και αν χρειαζόμασταν. Θα το ξανά προτιμήσω φυσικά και την ευχαριστώ πολύ !!!

The apartment was as described. it was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. I would highly recommend it. quick walk to the sea and local restaurants.

Престоят ни в дома на Теодосия беше повече от прекрасен! Мястото се намира на тиха уличка на 15 минути пеша от крайбрежната улица. Апартамента има прекрасна градина. В периода, в който бяхме отседнали цветята бяха цъфнали и ужаеше прекрасно. Апартамента е толкова одбре аранжиран, че бсеки човек би се чувствал, като у дома си. Отделено е внимание на всеки детайл. Теодосия е прекрасен хазайн. Даде ни изключително подробни и ясни иструкции, както за самия апартамент, така и за забележителности, как да се придвижим до централната част, какъв транспорт да използваме и т.н. Съдейства ни да си извикаме такси, тъй като имах проблем с приложението на Uber. Не мога да намеря толкова хубави думи думи, за да опиша престоя си както в Солун, така и в дома на Теодосия! Препоръчвам горещо мястото с две ръце!

Apartment was wonderful. We even had a washing machine so we could have fresh clothes for our entire trip. Communication with Host was super fast and reliable. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that the building itself (not the apartment) looked like an abandoned building (especially inside). When we arrived at night, it was a bit creepy. The apartment itself was very nice tho!

To start, this is a beautiful apartment in a great location, very clean and well equipped. Everything is as described in the listing and you are made to feel like it's a home from home. Mary, the host, is amazing. She is super helpful and provided us with a very easy check-in along with a mountain of information regarding the area. Unfortunately, we had to cut our trip short, Mary was extremely understanding of the situation and was even helpful again throughout that process. I would highly recommend this apartment, thanks again to Mary for being a great host.

Alexandras apartment was the right place for our weekend getaway. Great location, clean, easy accessible with many restaurants near by. Host is very friendly and quick to response. note: Apartment is small, but has a balcony. Thanks

Kamen für eine Nacht vorbei. Wohnung war sauber und gut vorbereitet, Handtücher Bettlaken alles da und es gab noch gute Tipps was man in Thessaloniki machen kann.

Благодаря на домакините за прекрасния престой в техния апартамент. Всичко беше точно както беше описано. Останахме приятно изненадани, че в апартамента имаше сешоар, гладачна маса и чадър, в случай, че ви потрябват. Малко е шумно заради улицата, която е в непосредствена близост, но може да затворите прозорците си и да пуснете климатика без проблем. Ако сте с личен автомобил, можете да паркирате безплатно в тясната уличка пред сградата, ако намерите място. Центърът на Солун е на около 20минути пешеходно разстояние, което е идеално за разходка и на нас не ни пречеше. Страхотни домакини, бихме дошли отново!

We had a great stay at this apartment! It’s beautifully renovated with a modern design, very clean, and located in a quiet building which offered a peaceful contrast to the lively atmosphere of Thessaloniki. We especially loved the bathroom and its lighting, a real highlight. Also, Christos was incredibly kind and responded to all our questions very quickly. Highly recommended!

01.05.2025 tarihinde 2 yaşındaki kızımızla birlikte konakladığımız bu oda övgüyü hak ediyor. Yalnızca binanın dış kapısına Yunanca yazılan yazı İngilizce de olsa fena olmazdı. Arabası ile geleceklere binanın tam karşısında kapalı otopark mevcut, her şey için teşekkürler :)

Great location, close to the pier and restaurant, walkable to everywhere. Mike was great, responsive and allowed early check in for me. High recommended.

The apartment is in a great location in the west part of the city. Very clean, and it has all the amenities you may need. It comes with a parking spot for those who may rent a car. Highly recommended!

Phantastische Wohnung, phantastische Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, besonders dankbar sind wir für den flexiblen Check-in. Die Wohnung und die Gegend sind absolut zu empfehlen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Gazda prietenoasa si foarte amabilă. Locuința curata si ordonata. Este a doua oara cand ne cazam la el. Pe viitor o sa revenim cu drag.

Έμεινα στο συγκεκριμένο διαμέρισμα και μπορώ να πω, πως είναι ακριβώς αυτό το οποίο βλέπετε στις φωτογραφίες. Καθαρό και παρέχει ό,τι χρειάζεστε. Διαθέτει και ένα τεράστιο μπαλκόνι το οποίο ειδικά για καλοκαιρινούς μήνες είναι φανταστικό. Σε βολικό μέρος δίπλα σε στάση μετρό που μπορείτε να πάτε στο κέντρο πολύ γρήγορα και άνετα!

The house is located in the old district of Thessaloniki, Ano Poli, very close to Atatürk's house. The area is very quiet. The host was very attentive and helpful. He met us on the road, showed us a private parking spot for our car, and stayed in touch throughout our stay to check if we needed anything. The house was very clean — the cleanest Airbnb we've ever stayed in. It had almost everything you would need in a home. As a kind gesture, the host had left breakfast items and drinks for us. We stayed for two nights and left very satisfied.

It was truly a wonderful experience. Both the cleanliness of the apartment and the communication with the host made the stay even better. The location is very central, allowing easy access to many places on foot. Looking forward to staying here again.

Ich war für eine Woche in Thessaloniki. Die Unterkunft ist sehr kompakt, aber für ein Pärchen oder zwei Personen vollkommen ausreichend. Der Balkon ist riesig. Für eine Städtereise optimal: Parkplätze sind eher verfügbar als direkt in der Innenstadt, gerade mal 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Weißen Turm und zur Innenstadt. Supermärkte, Restaurants und eine Busstation sind unmittelbar erreichbar. Der Preis ist für diese Unterkunft unschlagbar! Danke für deine Unterkunft, Ariadne!

Room: great, you have everything you need, super clean and tidy, top level accommodation with good price. Location: It is located on main street close to everything, yet not noisy 5 minutes walk to central bus station train and metro from which you can get everywhere quickly. Direct bus from airport. Host: Super helpful and friendly, always responds, gives recommendations, makes sure you get the best possible stay. 11 out of 10.
