The location of the house was exactly what we wanted, it was a maximum of 10-15 minutes by walking everywhere. Dimitris described the entrance to the house very nicely and there was an available place in front of the door, we parked our car and found the apartment comfortably. The interior of the house, the bathroom, the bedroom were spotless, the towels smelled good, the items were new. There was everything in the bathroom, including a thermometer, a band-aid, a fire extinguisher. The balcony was overlooking the park, and we drank our coffees on the balcony. If we come to Alexandria again, I will stay here.

Hi , it was clean and new as it appears in the photo. The bathroom was new . Check-in was easy. A car is a must to go to the lighthouse, that is, the center, but we loved its location because it is somewhere between the center and the center

The apartment was great! It is located in a quiet area of Alexandroupolis, ideal for rest. The house was super clean and fully equipped, with all the facilities both in the bathroom and in the kitchen, which made our stay very comfortable. The host was very friendly and helpful- waited for us when we arrived, gave us a tour of the space, and was always available for anything we needed. A great experience, we'll definitely go for it again!

It was our 3rd and the best stay in Alexandroupoli. The house is located very nice place, quite and also very close to center. Martha and her family were so friendly and helpful. We felt comfortable and safe (2 adults+2 kids) Next time I will not look for another place to stay :) Thank you!

The house is newly built and probably didn't have many left before us. The location is very ideal for spending a calm and peaceful weekend. Its proximity to the sea and its location on the main road route are advantageous. The only issue was that there was construction going on in the parcel and this was not mentioned to us. Since there are female friends in our group, the fact that the workers work 10 meters from the house where we will stay has taken us a little away from the peace we are looking for because a wall etc. has not been built yet to create privacy in between. Although the house looks like it is detached, it is located in a complex on a plot. When we went there was no one else and the 4th house was being built. Other than that, we didn't experience anything negative. The house was newly built and quite comfortable. The pine forest in the village where the house is located is very convenient for sightseeing. I would definitely recommend you to eat meat from the restaurants located about 5 km away. For those who are thinking about staying in this house as a family, be sure if there will be work on the construction around.

I would like to thank Mr. Hasan for hosting me. It is a great advantage that the location of the house is within walking distance to the beach and the center. Also, the mansion took us back to the old days, the design and atmosphere were great. It has brought the past to the present with many thoughtful details.

We stayed at Lefter's house for 2 nights on June 12 and 13, 2025. I have never met a host who was so kind and helpful in everything. He had so many treats for us that I can't count. He even bought bagels for breakfast. The house was beautiful, the garden was very beautiful, covered with olive trees and grass. The location of the house was in a very quiet environment, equidistant from Dedeagac and Makri village. We are thinking of going again. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Looks even better than from pictures. Has a parking where we can fit a car and two bikes .

It was a very nice apartment to explore Alexandropoulis from, nice proximity to the port and inner town. We especially liked the balcony and its comfortable seats. The interior was so pretty! The only downside was the small aquarium, which looked very nice at first and the fish were very interested in us, but at second glance we noticed that it was quite dirty. But if it was clean it would look so nice!
