Zoe's maisonette is fully renovated (2024). The neighbourhood is very quite, safe, with free and easy- to- find parking. The maisonette has two floors, with interior stairs. Important information: It is located next to the Archaiological Museum, opposite to the beach of EOT and the summer cinema. Nearby, you can find supermarkets, restaurants and a pharmacy. The beaches and the beach bars are just across the road! The city centre is only 1,5 km away.
