Condo holiday rentals in Exarcheia, Athens

This apartment was perfect for our short stay in Athens. Check in was super easy and instructions were very clear. Not far from local restaurants and cool spots to have a drink. We found this apartment to be very comfortable and would stay here again!

Nous avons particulièrement aimé notre séjour dans le logement de Michael. Il est bien situé dans un quartier animé mais pas trop bruyant. Assez proche du centre pour faire tout à pied. Mais surtout la vue incroyable sur l’acropole et le lever de soleil visible du lit. Une grande terrasse pour profiter de la vue. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

I stayed here for three nights. The studio apartment had a modern feel and was attractively furnished. It was well set up with a kitchenette and bar to sit at while eating, a large and comfortable bed, a bathroom with a washing machine which I used and a very small balcony. The air-conditioning coped well with the hot weather and I valued the mesh on the windows at night. The apartment was in a quiet area with a 15-minute walk to the nearest metro station and a 10-minute walk to the Archeological Museum. Check-in was through a lockbox and queries of the host were answered quickly. This was a very pleasant Airbnb in which to stay and I would be very keen to stay again if I returned to Athens.

L'appartamento di Angeliki rispecchia la personalità della proprietaria. Colorato, creativo e con molte piante. Si nota immediatamente che la proprietaria è un'artista e un'amante della natura e dei gatti. L'interno è molto fedele alle foto. Forse un po' datato e con il fascino di un attichetto bohemien. Finalmente un appartamento con personalità e non simile a decine di altri anonimi Airbnb! La terrazza supera ogni aspettativa. Gode infattti di una vista mozzafiato sulla città: dall'Acropoli alla collina del Licabetto e fino al mare. Angeliki è stata sempre molto gentile e disponibile e i suoi consigli su caffè e ristoranti si sono rivelati molto utili. Nella casa non c'è aria condizionata ma potenti ventilatori e pale sul soffitto. Comunque a maggio non ho sofferto il caldo in modo particolare. Ho anche apprezzato la posizione dell'appartamento, che non si trova proprio al centro della movida di Exarchia, leggermente defilato ma allo stesso tempo vicino a tutto.

Great place in a fun neighborhood in Athens. Metro access is also convenient. Dimitris was helpful with local suggestions and making the stay as smooth as possible. Would recommend.

랜트한 차를 가져가서 주차가 신경 쓰였으나 전반적인 아테네 주차는 길에 하는 편이고 주차 스페이스도 늘 근처에 있어서 신경 안 써도 됐습니다. 호스트의 주차장 안내도 좋았으나 그렇게 지불 안해도 주변 거리 주차만으로도 충분! 차를 가급적이면 소형차로 렌트 하시기를 추천! 집은 색깔이 조금 적응하기 힘들수도 있으나 곧 적응이 될것이고 충분한 공간으로 넉넉히 넓습니다. 세탁기, 오븐, 냉장고, TV, 빠른 인터넷(QR 접속 추천) 모두 만족! 주변이 리노베이션중인지 재건축 중인지 어둡고 사람 안 사는 동네 같지만 염려 안해도 됩니다. 숙소 자체가 안전이 보장되는 느낌입니다. 차를 이용해서 대중교통은 모르지만 중심가에서 가까워 이동에 용의한 숙소입니다. 집 열쇠를 여는데 시간이 조금 필요 하지만, 들어와서 안도함이 느껴져서 그정도는 괜찮습니다. 너무 편안하게 있다 갑니다. 감사합니다!

Das Apartment ist sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und liegt zentral in einer coolen Umgebung. Nikos war ein aufmerksamer und engagierter Gastgeber, der stets schnell erreichbar war und den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Die Fenster sind hervorragend isoliert und mit Rollläden gut zu verdunkeln. Durch die Lage über / neben dem Restaurant kann es jedoch gelegentlich zu lauter Geräuschkulisse kommen – insbesondere morgens und nachts beim Auf- und Abbau der Außenplätze des benachbarten Restaurants. Wer geräuschempfindlich ist, sollte dies eventuell bedenken - wir konnten uns aber gut damit arrangieren und haben unseren Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr genossen!

 A true gem in the heart of Exarcheia, yet on a quiet sidestreet. We felt right at home thanks to Aggeliki’s warm welcome (in person!) and orientation. Its a spacious apartment fully equipped with all you will need and beyond. Personally, we loveeed the stereo where we played a bunch of Aggeliki’s CD collection :) Definitely will be back for a longer stay <3

The place was clean and Panos was very responsive with clear instructions on how to access the place. It was perfect for our one night stay in Athens, and its even better in person than the photos. Air-conditioning and an elevator were a plus as well. You are in the middle of a city so bring earplugs and an eye mask if you like it dark at night (blackout curtains only go halfway on the windows), but overall this is a great Airbnb for Athens.

El alojamiento de Dionisis fue, a todas luces, una de las mejores experiencias que hemos tenido en Airbnb. La calidez y empatía del anfitrión hicieron del alojamiento un lugar cálido para nuestra estadía. El departamento es enorme y cómodo para un viaje con amigos, con un exquisito sentido de la estética. Dionisis estuvo estuvo en cada uno de los detalles, incluso se ofreció a recibirnos el equipaje y adelantar el check-in porque uno de nosotros estaba descompuesto. El alojamiento está plagado de libros, obras de arte, la cocina está súper equipada, ¡nos dejó hasta jabón para el lavarropas y crema humectante para el cuerpo en el baño! Si venís a Atenas, este es el alojamiento perfecto.

Very nice place in a very nice location (just a few minutes to a park on a hill with nice views over Athens. Or to another big park) Very nicely decorated and there was even a tavli (backgammon) set! Big kitchen with plenty of space, too. Quiet area at night with few exceptions. Internet worked well, comfortable couch and decent sized TV. There was AC in the bedroom and living room, but only space heater (multiple of them to be fair. But I feel bad about using them) for the kitchen and no heating in the bathroom. So in winter it might be a bit cold when going to the toilet.

Highly, highly recommended!! I have stayed at a few Airbnb properties, and I have to say that Maria and her husband are among the best hosts I have ever had. We had a minor accident early in the holiday and Maria went out of her way to come and help in the middle of the night. She answered every question we had when trying to deal with the Greek transport system, which is an absolute nightmare to unravel. The flat itself is close to the centre of the city and well located by transport, and the price was very reasonable. The view from the balcony is simply magnificent. We were sorry to leave. Thanks again, Maria and Antony!

Stephen was a very nice host. Everything was well organized and he was very nice helping me getting around town. Perfect place to stay for a conference at the nearby conference center.

Great host and location was next to the metro which gave really easy access to the centre and etc. would visit again.

Cet appartement est parfait pour rester quelques jours à Athènes. Situé à Thissio, qui est à la fois un quartier calme, doté de restaurants vraiment sympa, et où on a tout sous la main. Le métro vous emmène jusqu'au Pirée si besoin et à 10 minutes, vous pouvez allez à la station Monastraki à pieds pour rejoindre l'aéroport. Je recommande vraiment : l'appartement est nickel, confortable, la rue est calme (et c'est un sujet à Athènes :)) et Oresti s'est montré très aidant sur tous les sujets. Bref, réservez sans hésiter.

It is located in a lovely peaceful and safe area that is 10 minutes walk to the Agora, so close by to all the action of Athens. There is a fantastic baker 20 seconds from the apartment and also a great supermarket so everything is close by. The apartment itself is on the 5th floor (top floor). There is a very small lift that we were initially nervous to use but we overcame our fear and ended up using it the whole time. The roof terrace is what makes this flat incredible with stunning view across Athens to the hills beyond and then the other way to the Acropolis which is really impressive.The living space itself is clean and functional and perfect for the two of us. We loved the view so much we had supper on the terrace a couple of nights so we could watch the sun setting. The terrace is solely for the flat. The neighbour has the view I guess towards the sea but it is very separate so each space feels very private. Yoita was excellent at communication from the getgo

Cozy and luxurious stay. Easy access to the metro nearby to see Athens. As well as small but vibrant social areas and restaurants nearby. Host was exceptional, attentive to our every need as they arose. Nice guy.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Athens! From the moment we arrived, our host was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. She struck the perfect balance of being available whenever we needed help, yet always respecting our privacy, something we truly appreciated. The apartment itself was stunning, tastefully decorated, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights was definitely the pool, which we had the pleasure of enjoying throughout our stay. It felt like our own little oasis in the city. Another thoughtful touch was the welcome basket, such attention to detail! It was clear that a lot of care and consideration went into making our stay special. And a special thank you to our host for being so patient and kind when we (more than once!) forgot our keys. She never made us feel like a burden and always helped with a smile. This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. We can’t recommend it highly enough ❤️

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 days in the Athens and it was nothing but amazing!! The room is exactly how it’s pictured if not bigger in person, the balcony has a shutter you can put down to completely black out the room which was our favourite feature and helped us sleep amazing😍the outside entrance does look a lil scary at first but as soon as you enter your room it’s a completey different vibe we could not recommend this air b&b enough

This apartment was perfect for our family of 4. It was much larger than expected and I wish we could have stayed longer. The private courtyard and outdoor dining area provided a great sanctuary from the busy city at the end of a long day. The furnishings and decor were very nice, new and well designed, we were extremely comfortable. The location was great with everything the old city in walking distance but also just outside the super busy tourist area, felt more like a local neighborhood with lots of younger residents and businesses. Our favorite part was the restaurant run by the owners a few blocks away. It was FANTASTIC and possibly our best meal in Greece, already trying to recreate the baby potatoes.

Very cool and very nice place

Prefect location. Walkable to all sights and attractions. Streets are busy but like any large city it is the best and easiest way to get around. The apartment was amazing. Balcony pictures on listing do not do any justice to standing outside or in jacuzzi. Tax and yannis were extremely Helpful assisting with rides to and from the port/airport as well as tons of local recommendations!

Logement impeccable, très bien situé à 30min à pied de l'Acropole, balcon super, rooftop avec une super vue, bref je recommande
