Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Exarcheia, Athens

I stayed with my wife and two daughters for 3 days, we felt as comfortable as if we were in our own home. There is a market on Saturdays, we shopped there. It's very close to the subway, within walking distance. If you want to be close to both the center of Athens and the beaches, this place is very successful in terms of location.

Could not recommend this place more. Old charm with modern amenities, very quiet neighbourhood and easily walkable to all major sites. Christos is extremely kind and greeted us the first day. A great person to converse with. Book this place for Athens.

This villa was amazing. Highly recommend. Accomodations were amazing and you cannot beat the location. 5-10 min walk from the Acropolis, 5-10 min walk from Monastiraki/shopping. The house is very comfortable and has a ton of nice amenities. Will definitely be staying there again when we come back to Athens.

We had a great stay for our honeymoon. The accommodation is beautiful, functional, very clean and communication with the host is excellent! The neighborhood is lively and there are plenty of small restaurants nearby. We recommend 100% and will be back with pleasure!

Great location with restaurants across the street. Great for groups who want to be under the same roof but also want to have their own space in different apartments. There are 3 apartment and each apartment is equipped with a bathroom which made getting ready easy for us 4 ladies. The top 1st floor apt ‘Harmonia’ is very modern, with two twin beds in one room and a Queen size in the other room, kitchen with a cute pink fridge and very modern bathroom. Then there’s the basement apartment ‘Erato’ with a twin sized bed in one room and a queens sized bed in the adjacent room. Living room with tv as well. This apartment has had a switch which you had to flip about 30 mins before taking a shower so you can heat the water, which was a little inconvenient but wasn’t such a deal breaker. The basement apartment’s shower is tricky, had to turn knobs and a contraption on the faucet you had to move up and down to make it go from faucet to shower. Then there’s the studio apt ‘Aegle’ which is small

It is a little distance from the tourist spots, but On the contrary, it was a very quiet place. There are several supermarkets nearby It was great to cook in the kitchen of the room. The nearest subway station is about a 15-minute walk, The bus stop is almost right in front of you I had no particular problems with getting around. The room was spacious, stylish, and beautiful. I want to stay in this room again.

This is an exceptional find. Clean, spacious, exactly at photographed. The vibe inside makes you feel like you are at a day spa perfect retreat with thoughtful amenities. Great location walking distance to Plaka and many restaurants and sites. I highly recommend. Looking forward to staying here again.

Just a really super apartment in Zografou. It's high up and sunny, which is really nice. The apartment itself is aesthetically pleasing, comfy and tidy. And for me it was very convenient to be able to wash and dry clothes. Oh, and some very nice places nearby for coffee and food. All in all, great place!

Located in a quiet neighborhood, this studio apartment was a treat to stay at during my Athens adventures. An amazing value and a welcoming host. Amenities are all modern, building is secure, and overall a great vibe. I would stay here again without hesitation!

I had a wonderful stay at this flat after my two-week adventure through Mykonos, Athens, and Santorini. Lida was incredibly pleasant, responsive, and informative, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. She was thorough, organized, and had a charismatic approach that made me feel welcome. The location, while slightly removed from central Athens, is in a prime spot. It’s very walkable, and I felt safe exploring the area. When I didn’t feel like walking, Ubers were affordable and convenient. But, honestly, I enjoyed walking everywhere and soaking up the local atmosphere. The seventh-floor penthouse was fantastic. The flat is spacious, with a surprisingly roomy bathroom that looks even better in person than in the photos. The foyer has tons of useful information for tourists, which I didn’t end up using, but I can see how helpful it would be for others. Overall, I had an amazing, relaxing time decompressing after a whirlwind trip. Thank you for a lovely stay!💙💙💙

Very nice apartment, in an excellent location in a bohemian quarter. The host was very responsive once you rang - which is the best way of contacting. Spacious apartment in a slightly tired building.

Such a beautiful Airbnb. Best part is the hot tub actually gets hot, not just lukewarm (which i’ve noticed a lot of other hot tubs in Greece are only lukewarm) so that was a plus. Very modern setup and the view was great. Unfortunately I was very sick during my stay, but Jeff and Katerina were so nice and responsive and even helped us get a taxi to the ER, and checked in on us throughout the day. Truly such great hospitality and we are so appreciative for all of the help that they provided for us. Any question we had they responded to us right away with such helpful advice. Thank you so much for everything ♥️♥️

Beautiful views Very peaceful Kyriakos is very communicative and friendly. The house has tonnes of amenities (how often does your house have an elevator) Would highly recommend renting a car if you're not from the area. Tip for the other travellers: the property is on a very large beautiful tract off land with an automatic gate that can only be opened from the house or two remotes the host provides. Easy enough but something to keep in mind

Host always responded and was very helpful with on-time and affordable transportation from airport and to cruise port and back to airport. We had 7 people with 14 pieces of luggage. 7 minute walk to great restaurants. Would definitely recommend them.

The host treated us very well! Was always reachable, flexible with the checkin time, supported us with transportation during a taxi strike. She was very kind and gave us nice restaurant tips! The house was clean and included everything you need for a nice trip! Thanks a lot and until next time :-)

Absolutely perfect stay. The villa is beautifully decorated and maintained. It is just like the photographs. George was our host and he was very responsive, helpful and generous. He was the perfect host. I would absolutely recommend this villa to anyone wanting a relaxed and luxurious stay. Restaurants are mostly not walkable, so hiring a car is recommended but it’s worth it for the views and the privacy. 10/10, I will absolutely come back to stay again.

We just LOVED spending 5 nights here. It was a bit of a splurge and didn’t disappoint. We ended up leaving our car in a parking garage within walking distance and just walked/used taxis. We enjoyed the privacy this house provided our large group and was a great peaceful way to recoup in between activities. Comfortable beds and furniture. Lovely bars and restaurants within walking distance. Host was very accommodating when we arrived later than expected and was very responsive and helpful.
