About your hosts

I am a part of a social project called Etnofood, a "Food Lab" in Oaxaca that seeks to promote the dissemination of food heritage. Together with the Team we work on a community social tourism project. In recent years we have developed methodologies and materials to give culinary classes focused on Mezcal and Local Gastronomy. More information here: @Etnofood or #Etnofood.
