I am a social psychologist and psychotherapist. I worked for the tech industry managing high performance multicultural teams for several years. I discovered that sharing a good cup of coffee brought out the best of my team members and was a great way to brake cultural barriers. I came back to Mexico in the search for exotic flavors and to learn more in depth about coffee in the origin. I am a member of ACE (Alliance for Coffee Excellence) and have several cupping, roasting and barista trainings. I have interest in sharing one of my passions and to bring people together while they discover the steps to select and recognize a really special cup of coffee!
