This experience may just be the highlight of our trip. Sally was so great with our 2yr old daughter, who participated throughout. She even had special set of flour and water and utensils for her. The udon at the end was phenomenal, and we can't wait to dine there again! Thank you so so much!!

This experience was wonderful! Sarina was really helpful and patient in helping us navigate to a nearby station to meet her to go together to her restaurant. She is sooo friendly and sweet! Making udon was a lot of fun (when you cut your noodles, thinner is def better, we cut ours hilariously waaaay too thick but the udon was still yummy!), and Sally made the instructions very easy to follow and understand! The udon was delicious! We also ordered tempura which was AMAZING! We tried both hot and cold udon and both were great.

This was my first Airbnb experience and it did not disappoint. The event itself is held in a local restaurant not too far from the Shinsaibashi shopping arcade and was not difficult to find. It was a really intimate experience as it was just myself and my husband and we got to learn the traditional way of making udon noodles. Sally was also really friendly and able to converse with us in English without issue. At the end of the lesson, you can either enjoy the udon you’ve made hot or cold, which Sally will prepare for you. You also have the option of ordering additional sides (not included in the experience fee) and I would recommend getting the assorted tempura as an addition because it added texture and flavor to the udon. The recipe she gave us was for a serving size of 4 so we got to take the other half portion home with us. Would highly recommend if you’re stopping by Osaka and want to do something unique.

Sally is very kind and nice! She also speaks really good English. She teaches us clearly and her explanations are easy to be understood. The udon tastes so good. We even have the chance to bring home our handmade udon. We are so lucky to be in your class. Thank you so much Sally!
