Yasunari and Hiro were both great hosts, and provided a unique experience that I will not be able to get back in the States. The first night was a great meet and greet dinner and before that we walked Ginza Mall and he explained his wars. The second day was a tour of his butcher shop were we were educated about Wagyu and got a close up look at his group of butchers and cows. Finally we wrapped up the night grilling delicious Wagyu over drinks. A++ Experience and I cant wait to meet with Yasunari and Hiro next time I am in Japan!!

I was looking forward to this experience and I was not disappointed. On the first night we had a quick visit at the company shop in Ginza followed buy some food and drinks to get to know each other. Visiting the butcher shop the next day way a highlight for me. I learned a lot about the history and culture behinf Wagyu. The tasting and the yakiniku dinner where fantastic. Great food and a friendly atmosphere made the last evening a pleasure. If you like food, and beef in particular you owe it to yourself. Book this now. ;)

Fantastic experience with Yasunari and the team! The dinners were outstanding, the tour of the company facility was great and insightful, and the team was extremely friendly and helpful. The wagyu sampling was truly phenomenal, I've never had anything like it. Each day I was able to see places and parts of Tokyo that I probably would not have seen on my own, plus I was able to meet fellow travelers and make new friends. Overall, a remarkable experience that I would highly recommend.

If you want any knowledge of what wagyu beef and Japanese hospitality is like, then yasunari and company are definitely your guy's. I had a great time and learned alot about yasunari, his family, japanese culture, and how his company takes care of their product. Also he spoke English very well, and offered alot of helpful japanese words to help with the crazyness a little. I had a great time and I'd say that it lived up to the trip description and more.
