What you'll do
We will explore my vineyard, passing trough the orchard and the cave where I collect seasonal products (vegetables, cheese and charcuterie).
Once in the wine cellar, we will start the tasting of 4 house wines (red and white) and I will explain the production process. Later, on the panoramic terrace just in front of the winery, we will eat some fresh salami and cheese plates that I produce.
The spontaneous interaction is at the base of our philosophy so, according to the season, there will be different ingredients!
Other things to note
Let us know if you need a transfer.
If you have any allergy, let us know and we will arrange the tasting in accordance with specific needs.

I grew up on the Milk Hill with my "weird multicultural" family, composed by Italians, germans and Brazilians! My grandfather was a cheese maker and my father is a wine producer and chef.
I have always helped them out in different tasks and ate a lot too! The harvest is one of the most enjoyable moments of the year - piking grapes and producing wine with friends accompanied by music and food. Even if I am a student at university now, I want to preserve and transmit my family traditions to all of you!

Where you'll be
In the village of Arola, just behind Positano. The location is reachable by foot, not far from the Saracen Tower (Seventeenth Century).

It was stunning. Antonio knows a huge amount about wine and answered every question we asked. The food and wine were sublime and wish there was more! It lasts a lot longer than the designated time, but we weren’t complaining! We were very lucky to be the only two due to Covid too!

Great evening! Well worth doing. Not your typical wine tasting. No spitting of the wine, proper full glasses! Must be quality produce as no after effects come the morning. We didn’t finish until 11pm and could have stayed longer if we wanted. Very generous and accommodating host in Antonio in amazing venue with great views. We forgot about walking amongst the vines but must have been busy having too much of a good time meeting new people and getting involved in a serious way with some fine grape juice.

My girlfriend and I had the most amazing experience that really enhanced our stay in Italy.
Antonio was very passionate about wine, agriculture and community and this made a magical evening.
He also arranged transport for us which is surprisingly difficult in the Amalfi Coast!

Wine and Cheese in a Lost Paradise was an unforgettable experience! The setting was beautiful, we tasted 7 wines with substantial home made snacks in-between. Antonio was very passionate and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting the area. It is great value for the quantity and quality of wine and food you receive.
