What you'll do

If you're looking to get more energising healthy food into your life and create delicious plant-based meals, then this is the online class for you.

It's perfect for work teams, families or groups of friends - and you are welcome to request a booking for a time that suits!

Together we'll make 3 recipes including a smoothie bowl, filling salad and a sweet treat. If you only want to make one dish, that's OK too - you can watch the others and ask questions.

We will kick off in the kitchen, creating a Super Smoothie together with ingredients that your gut will love. Then we'll sit down for a masterclass in plant-based cooking. You'll learn:

- why eating more plants is great for us and the planet
- tips for finding and cooking amazing plant-based foods
- star ingredients that will wow friends and family
- a winning formula for fast, affordable dishes

Next we'll make my famous 'Anytime Salad' and some easy healthy Snickers Bites.

All guests will be gifted access to a selection of 'Ridiculously Good Recipes', including Satay Jackfruit, Tempeh Noodles, Rainbow Salad and more.

This experience requires you to have access to the internet, a blender and ingredients if you would like to cook along. Recipes are provided.

How to participate

  • Join a video call
    Use Zoom to participate on your desktop or mobile device. After you book you’ll receive an email with a link and details on how to join.
  • Book a private group
    Hannah can host private groups of any size, up to 30 guests. Private group rates start at $175.

I loved this informative masterclass! I’ve been changing my diet to manage a medical condition. Hannah shared many ideas for plant based cooking, and I found the ideas for desserts particularly helpful and inspiring (e.g. an ice cream replacement she shared). Also the suggestions how to make salads more satisfying were great. She personalized the class based on questions we had. The smoothie, salad, and dessert bites all tasted great and were filling. I’m integrating tips into my diet, and I’m so grateful for the class!

what a fabulous experience! Hannah was incredibly knowledgeable and gave us excellent advice in nutrition in simple steps. Her kind manner was very warming and she was able to explain the benefits of particular ingredients throughout. I've been inspired to experiment and cook similar recipes in my own home.
