※If there is hope for the date and time, Please say it.
I will hold the class according to your wishes as much as I can!!

In this class,We will cook "Onigiri" and "Miso-soup" and "Atsuyaki-tamago(Japanese
omelet".
And the end of this class, Let's eat Japanese sweet dessert with all!!

In this experience, we will make the simplest, yet best, of Japanese comfort food.
It seems easy to make onigiri rice balls—and, well, it is, as long as you know the right way to make them.
I'll teach you how to use our own hands to shape the rice into triangular balls. Once you get it, you'll be an onigiri master.
I'll prepare several kinds of ingredients for you to put inside the onigiri. You'll learn that the different ways of nigiri depend on the ingredients.
After you master it, you can make your own onigiri to bring to your work or school like we do in Japan.
Other things to note
Let me know in advance if you have any dietary requests.

I'm a mother of two kids and a huge fan of traveling. When I was a student, I backpacked all over the world and still remember all the amazing food I ate during my trip—dishes I always wanted to learn and recreate in my own kitchen.

Using that as inspiration, I created my own cooking class for people visiting Japan. You may think Japanese food is difficult to make, but I’ll teach you the right techniques so even novices can make authentic Japanese cuisine when they go back home.

When you make a reservation, we become friends :D Please say anything about Japan, any trouble!!

A perfect way to learn more about Japanese cuisine, even if you are not a great cook. Yumi's class was fun and she is a lovely person.

We had a great time at this workshop. Both our hosts were very friendly and made us feel welcomed immediately. It was a simple workshop but I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a change from the hustle and bustle of the city.

We had an absolutely wonderful time with Yumi! The class was fantastic and we learned how to make multiple things on top of just the onigiri. Yumi was amazingly warm and welcoming and I would absolutely recommend this experience to anyone visiting Japan!

Yumi was fantastic! We had a great time learning to make onigiri, miso soup and tamagoyaki. It was fun and simple, but felt like a unique experience because Yumi was so friendly and open. I can't wait to try out what we learned at home!
