About your host

I moved from Missouri to Colorado over a decade ago and never looked back. Since then, I've bagged almost all of the 14ers. In fact, my mother went to elementary school with the first American woman to summit Mt. Everest, Stacy Allison, and I am named after her. So, I feel I must partially live up to the name. I'm an Experience Designer and Esthetician by trade, and I've been an Airbnb host for…

What we’ll do

You'll learn the in's and out's of safely planning a trip to climb a 14er - how to know when to start your climb, know what essentials to pack, safety tips, good nutrition for climbs, websites to reference, and we'll even key out some mountain florae along the way if the season is right for it. It's likely we'll see some wildlife from social marmots to regal elk and jumping mountain goats. Come…

What else you should know

Blood pressure and circulation issues are contraindications. Drinking alcohol within 48 hours is a no-no. If you are athletic and would like to bag 2 peaks, then ask me about "The Sawtooth". Do not book if you have knee problems as you risk injury.

Where you'll be

We'll be passing through 2 historic mountain mining towns during our journey - Georgetown and Idaho Springs. While we will travel through the oldest part of Georgetown, however, we won't stop there. We will stop in Idaho Springs for the hot springs caves and also for eats afterward if there's enough time.
