What you'll do
I teach yoga in s spacious, airy, and well lit room and sometimes at the beach depending on the weather conditions.
We will meet early morning, the best time to do yoga.
Starting with a guided meditation and brief discussion of philosophy (of yoga, science and how they come together) we will start with basic pranayama.
After this we will move on to warm up exercises and asanas.
Will focus on learn the asanas and right body alignment as we do them.
After doing several well planned Asanas, will move to guided meditation and final relaxation.
The entire session will be one and half hour long after which, you are welcome to stay back for further discussions, or go back to exploring Goa with a relaxed and uplifted state of mind and thus your mood :)

I am a post graduate in physics and what brought me close to experiencing all that Goa has to offer is physics and yoga blended together. It’s not enough to always be on the run to only strike off the places we want to see but also equally important is to stop and be able to breath, to let the beauty of nature sink in, to swim in its depth and embrace all that we feel within us, around us and beyond us.
Yoga ofcourse keeps you healthy but more than that it provides you with a way of life. And the experience Of practising yoga is better when done together:)

Where you'll be
I conduct the classes in a well lit, ventilated. Spacious place. Sometimes the lessons will also be conducted at the beach depending on the time of the lesson and weather conditions.

Yoga with Monica was amazing, she learned me few things that I was not aware of it. Place was great, we practiced yoga facing ocean. Monica is also very nice and helpful person, told us about additional places that we supposed also see. Highly recommended yoga classes with Monica.

This was a really worthwhile experience during our Goa holiday. Monica is warm and friendly, as well as professional and flexible (both in her yoga and with her scheduling/location). She was willing to adjust her offered time slots so our little group could do yoga on the beach during sunrise. It was a beautiful setting, and she provided me with a lot of helpful yoga pose adjustments, instruction for better breathing, and recommendations to improve my own practice. She also tailored the class to meet our individual skill levels, so we could each get something personal out of the experience without over or under-exerting ourselves. I definitely recommend if you're looking to start your day with a lovely stretch and a refreshed mind.

It was a splendid experience of yoga on the beach wid Monica. She had been really generous to shift her timings as per my convinience..initially i thot i knw many things abt yoga bt she will break away your myths abt ur body mind n spirituality..simply loved d way she is..

I loved the yoga session with Monica. I haven’t done much yoga before and she started me on some great basic stretches and some great Asanas later. We also did some breathing exercises and later had a long conversation about physics and yoga.
I will definitely recommend everyone to try the yoga lesson with her

Things to know
Cancellation policy
Any experience can be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, or at least 7 days before the experience starts.
Government ID
You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.
Guest requirements
Up to 10 guests ages 10 and up can attend. Parents may also bring children under 2 years of age.
What to bring
You can bring you own bottle of water and yoga mats if you prefer that. However it’ll be provided during the lesson. Bring also a face/hand towel with you.
