What you'll do
I have lived in this neighbourhood for many years and know the most beautiful and fun way to hike :-) We will start at Coal Harbour at a historical building, and make our way through the Harbour Seawall, walking alongside the water, seeing various buildings, boats and boathouses, as well as the seaplanes take off, and reaching Stanley Park.
This is a very light, scenic walk/tour. We will periodically stop to take pictures. I will have my professional camera with me and will be happy to photograph you and email the pictures as well!
Afterwards, we will take a light hike in Stanley Park across one of my favourite trails, and will reach English Bay.
Plan A: If the weather is favourable (warm + no rain), we will sit down at the beach/take pictures, and if you are joining in the evening, we will watch the sunset. Thus, you will get to experience a favourite West End activity!
Plan B: If the weather is unfavourable (cold and/or raining), we will head to a nearby cafe.
Water, organic snacks, and beach mats (if the weather is favourable) or umbrellas (if it is raining) will be provided.
I can't wait to meet you and share this experience together :-)
Hope to see you soon!

If you like walking, this tour will take you on a lovely one from Harbor Place all the way up to the south end of Stanley Park and then along Beach Avenue to English Bay Beach. We took lots of pictures and had fun with the Laughing Man exhibit by the beach.. We stopped often and enjoyed the stories and information Kim shared about Vancouver. We ended our tour around Denman St at a little Greek Italian restaurant that Kim recommended.

I joined this trip on the first day I arrvied in Vancouver. Even if it rained on and off, this trip was going on well since the course was perfect to look around the main waterfront. Plus, Kim let me know many useful information about the city and answered my personal questions. Thanks to her, I felt like I got a warm welcome. She is freindly and kind. So, I strongly recommend this tour for a one-day course of trip!
