What you'll do
Join me at one of Chilliwack's many amazing and beautiful nature trails with easy terrain and accessibility. I will guide you through a series of sensory and mindful awareness exercises as we walk through the forest so that you will fully immerse yourself in the healing qualities of nature.
Taking time to simply be in nature can improve your mood, immune function, creativity, focus and sleep while decreasing stress levels, blood pressure, recovery time after surgery.
The pace is slow to allow you to explore, be curious and listen to all that nature has to offer.
Other things to note
Bring an open heart and mind, and a yearning to connect with nature.

Where you'll be
The Chilliwack Community Forest is a popular local park because of it's variety of trails with different difficulty levels, suitable for mountain biking, hiking, and walking. I really like it because of its deep woodsy feel and close proximity to town.
