Serena is the third generation of an Italian coffee company, so she knows everything about Italian coffee culture. She is really friendly and helpful. I love to hear her stories from picking berries, picking beans, roasting, and making coffee. I had a chance to make 2 Cappuccino. It was great fun!

I was really interested in learning how the coffee is produced. Serena explained and showed everything, I got to make a cappuccino too! Great experience, recommended to coffee enthusiasts.

A must-do experience in Florence if you love coffee! I learned loads and love that Serena’s company is a family-owned business with a history going back 4 generations. Serena took us through the entire production line and patiently explained the entire roasting process. Then we had some coffee. The coffee was some of the best & freshest (straight from the roastery!). You can even buy freshly roasted coffee after the experience which is a big plus.

Serena was very knowledgeable and passionate about coffee from choosing beans to brewing. After she walked us through the process, we tried roasting, brewing, then tasting. Definitely one of a kind experience!
