What you'll do

This is the course focused on making traditional Nigiri sushi and Maki roll sushi. Learn how to make authentic maki roll sushi and nigiri sushi including how to slice fish, and of course, enjoy eating them! You also get to know sushi culture and sushi knowledge as well as sushi history. When you finish this course, you are already an expert of Sushi!
Other things to note
You will get a memorial certificate and a picture as well as whole recipes. You can wear rental Samue (Japanese traditional uniform) during the class, so please tell us your clothes sizes beforehand.

Where you'll be

The classes are held in one of twin sisters houses in Meguro, central Tokyo. You get to see and experience the local people's cozy home! It is decorated with modern Japanese style.

Things to know

Cancellation policy

Any experience can be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, or at least 7 days before the experience starts.

Government ID

You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.

Guest requirements

Up to 5 guests ages 18 and up can attend. Parents may also bring children under 2 years of age.
