Jess and Kat are incredible. I was humbled by their efforts to promote traditional indigenous methods to talk and be one with the green people around us every day. I hope to use what I learned every day of my life going forward.

Wow! I can't believe that I only live 1/2 hour drive away from Jessica and Kat's amazing place. The Ethnobotanical experience was nourishing, informative and most of all FUN. The Four Nations property is located in the beautiful Slocan Valley and the indigenous medicinal lessons offered to me today were exceptional. Jessica's knowledge of plants and their use for wellness and spirituality constantly surprised me during my visit. I will return as soon as possible and then as many more times as I can. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience!

There are certainly many ways to connect to the beauty of this area. What an amazing experience it is to be in a forest, discussing the traditional ways of selecting, harvesting and medicinal properties of the beautiful plant life in this area... Jessica was my guide on this journey yesterday . She is an incredibly insightful and knowledgeable teacher. The traditional methods she shares are specifically informed by indigenous medicine practices . Through her guidance I feel like I am seeing with fresh eyes and indeed have experienced the profound benefit of being “rooted” before heading home to Chicago.
