We will do an introduction of the teme of the day, we will prepare the working place, the ingredients and tools. The hosts will do all the preparacion of the recipe, and of course you will eat all the food we will prepare. I'm offering fun clases with basic and gourmet recipes with a bit of italian language. You can learn tecnics italian language ang italian tradition.

What a great class! Stefano was such a good teacher, and the food we made was amazing. He was very welcoming, with a glass of wine, and explained everything very well. I made tagliatelle, ravioli and crème brûlée. I would definitely recommend this class to anyone.

What a great experience learning to cook italian food. For a person who lived in New York and Los Angeles this was a journey to the best places i have visited in a while. Great job Stephano

Stefano is AWESOME, he is super friendly and attentive. Not important if your a novice he will guide you through. Offered us wine, we made a amazing nioke pasta dish, creme brulae, a pesto sauce and even a home made ice cream that ROCKS... Stefano also speaks italian, english and spanish which helps a lot. If you want a exclusive experience do this experience.
