What you'll do
Everybody talks about it ! Exogenous yeasts, sulfur-free winemaking, carbonic vinification, French wine, the Dive Bouteille wine salon, but what is this new universe in wine, its content, its history, the demonstration through tasting, our experience. Tasting workshop conducted by Catherine Breton, around 6 to 8 wines (from the estate or elsewhere) to apprehend the differences.
Join us at Domaine Breton, we will visit the cellar and allow you to put your nose in the tanks in fermentation. After a topographical and historical presentation of the Loire soils we will taste the white wines. This theoretical approach will be followed by a walk in the vineyards and then a tasting of the red wines in cave troglodyte.

Where you'll be
We will taste in the middle of the vats in the cellar. The vineyards of the Clos Sénéchal, mythic closed bourgueillois on soils of argilo-limestone will be the place of our walk. The cellar of Chat Pendu, troglodyte cave for the aging of our wines in barrel will be the place of the exploration of the wines in breeding.
Our experience with Catherine Et Pierre was phenomenal! They gave us several different wines to try, and delicious food to eat. They drove us to different parts of their vineyard, where we got to taste older vintages in their beautiful cellar and taste directly from the barrel. Any experience can be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, or at least 7 days before the experience starts.
Guest requirements
Up to 10 guests ages 18 and up can attend. Parents may also bring children under 2 years of age.
