Where you'll be
Tools dating back to the Stone Age have been excavated in the Mbai Caves at Paradise Lost Park. More recently, they were used as a hideout by Kenya’s Land Freedom Army (Mau Mau) when fighting British colonialists for independence. The 3-D waterfall at their entrance is a sight to behold.
Mwarv is a friendly and attentive host. From day one it felt like old friends reconnecting after only a few messages between us around the time of booking. He went out of his way to create space in his schedule to accommodate my travel itinerary. And the immersion was tailored to my level of experience and goals to my satisfaction - including a guided tour of the National Park on Day Three! The Cave Peak Sky immersion was a rewarding experience. Every day was like a different tour, building my confidence to setup shots, experiment with hitherto untouched camera controls and improve my editing skill. I got to visit interesting sites and meet some wonderful people. The instruction and advice I received have enhanced my safari experience - more than just the photos. I would recommend this immersion to anyone who wants to improve their photography skill to make the best of their safari experience in Kenya. Asante sana!
