Hyde Park Run, Dinner, and Coaching

What you'll do
Create a healthy routine and become part of a motivated community. "You are an average of the 5 people you spend your most time with" Jim Rohn
We will meet at Base Camp - my house in Chelsea - around 7pm where we will drop off your things and get ready to take in the joys of nature with a run in Hyde Park. This is a chance for everyone to get to know each other and we can chat and run at a leisurely pace while taking in our surroundings. Anyone can join in on this free of charge.
After loosening up our bodies we will head back to Base Camp where we will energise our bodies with nutrients eating of our packed dinners. (You can bring your own or we can pick something up from a healthy deli nearby)
After filling our bodies with goodness we will begin the coaching session with wonderfully open, vulnerable and supportive conversations. We will learn about each other and ourselves and find out what works for people, where people feel challenged and peoples thoughts around relationships, fears, loneliness, love and many other interesting topics that emerge.
The evening will finish up around 10pm with everyone feeling calm, relaxed, rejuvenated and ready to face the world. We will all set an intention to take out into our lives and I will provide a handout about the session

Have some warm clothes to put on when we get back from the run as the body will cool down quickly

Where you'll be
Hyde park is SO beautiful. We run around the serpentine - takes roughly 45min, but walking at times possible. Then back to my house for dinner and coaching
