A very passionate tour bt Tsune! Just so unlucky that my family and I are all just recovered from fever that we’re unable to enjoy the tour to the fullest. Nevertheless, a must see tour if you are unable to ride one. Thanks Tsune-san for the guided tour. Wish you all the best and thanks again for the souvenirs. Personal touch at its best

Tsune is a nice man. We don’t speak Japanese, so communication was almost impossible, but you can see he has a large interest in the railway system. This is not an insider’s tour. He gave us a little bit of the history of the Shikansen in a nice flyer.Tsune had well scheduled timing and showed us all the different Shikansen trains. We were lucky to see the cleaning crew lined up before they went into the train at one platform.
