What you'll do
We'll meet at a beautiful Pacific Palisades beach to immerse ourselves in sensorial experiences, gently discovering the beauty and intimacy of our relationship with the ocean, sand, sun and beings that call this place home.
You'll have a chance to slow way down, leave your worries behind, cultivate a sense of presence, and explore nature’s capacity to help us heal from our daily grind, ignite new realizations and creativity, and inspire wonder.
We will share stories, music, poems, healthy snacks and a tea ceremony with foraged local plants - in a spirit of gratitude and communion with nature, each other, and ourselves.
Participants often share that their stress dissolves, confusion lifts, hearts open, emotions surface, ideas spring — and they take home a renewed sense of connection, meaning, and purpose in their lives.
Other things to note
1. Special Bonus: Each participant will receive a private link to the award-winning film LOVE THY NATURE.
2. Avoid bringing any valuables to the beach, so that you have freedom to roam.

Today, with 25 years as a wildlife cinematographer, film director, and more recently certified Nature Therapy guide, my passion is to help people deepen their relationship with nature, others and themselves.
Since the release of my 27-awards-winning film LOVE THY NATURE (narrated by Liam Neeson), I've been offering people antidotes to burnout and overwhelm: connection, timelessness, freedom, beauty, wonder and awe.
