I'm a coffee neophyte so this was a crash course for me...but after an hour of this hands on one-on-one class with a very friendly, patient and knowledgeable instructor I feel capable of producing a quality cup of coffee. I have a new appreciation for the precision of grinding that goes into a good espresso....and no more grocery store preground for me after trying the single origin Guatemalan beans I tried : D

Superb experience. Got to try lots of different coffees and use all the gadgets. Really interesting to taste different coffees and compare them and to be able to try a well-made coffee and a badly made coffee so you can really tell the difference. Really relaxed but a great way to spend an hour in Roanoke.

Really enjoyable experience with Stephen and his team. Kelsey was a great teacher in the finer art of coffee making - two ways (pour over and espresso shot). If you love coffee, this is like learning wine tasting for coffee connoisseurs. Thanks guys!
