What you'll do
We will schedule an early morning open-air yoga class in a nearby park in San Pedro or Curridabat. This is a 75 minute Hatha Yoga class for all levels , aimed at energizing and balancing the body. Vinyasa, pranayama (breathing exercises) and sound therapy with Tibetan bowls are part of the experience. Evening yoga classes can also be organized in my home studio. I am a certified yoga teacher and also a practitioner of yoga for over twenty years. I love movement and seeing peoples faces glow after every yoga session.

I am a certified yoga teacher, massage technician and filmmaker. I work from my home studio, a creative and inspiring place in the heart of San Pedro. I offer sixty-minute massage sessions and yoga classes from early morning, followed by green smoothies or kombucha shots which I carefully make myself. My practice follows all sanitary protocols to keep it safe for all of us.
Where you'll be
Yoga classes will be held in beautiful public parks in residential areas in San Pedro and Curridaba, surrounded by greenery, trees, butterflies and birds.

Cancellation policy
Any experience can be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, or at least 7 days before the experience starts.
Government ID
You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.
