What you'll do

We'll train for an hour on the mat,starting with warming up,finishing our session with stretching,using the Pilates method and emphasing on the powerhouse, always by the sea.We'll learn and work on the basic principals of Joseph Pilates,having fun and meeting each other at the same time.Fitness tips included.
Other things to note
My sessions have a level of difficulty or not,always depending on who I have to train.We'll always warm up and stretch at the end.I always ask about possible injuries I need to know about.

Since I always loved fitness,i decided to do it as a job.I am a personal trainer and pilates instructor .I believe our bodies are perfect machines that will adjust and benefit from training,especially if done frequently.Pilates by the sea is an amazing experience for body and mind,also the fitness language is universal and units people.Crete is a wonderful island,and perfect for outdoor trainigs.Be active even on holidays and live the experience of a proper pilates session with me..

I appreciated Maria's Pilates class very much. She was genuinely interested in my fitness. It was a beautiful experience that included a nice workouton the beach at sunset. Couldn't have been better.

We had an amazing, special, and unique experience doing pilates by the sea with Maria. She was so welcoming and friendly, taking the time to ask us questions and get to know us, and sharing with us her fitness expertise about pilates, training, and health in general. She made sure to check whether we had any injuries or needed any modifications, and provided modified moves throughout the session in case we needed them. She told us all about pilates, its origins, and its benefits, which provided some helpful context (we had done pilates before, but not for a long time!). The session was exactly what we hoped for and more. We were wanting to do some light exercise while on holiday, and it was the perfect form of mindful movement that we were looking for. It was a beautiful evening (as they always are!) by the sea, and the beach made for a beautiful pilates venue, with the lovely sound of the waves, the evening warmth of the sun, and the light evening breeze. It was very special indeed. All throughout the session, Maria continued to check in with us and tell us about the movements we were doing and their particular benefits. We felt very looked after and very cared for. We could tell Maria is a fitness expert with a great deal of insight and knowledge about all aspects of fitness and training. Next time we return to Kokkini Hani, we will be sure to see her again, and we hope to have many more relaxing beach pilates sessions with her. Thank you again, Maria!

Any experience can be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, or at least 7 days before the experience starts.

Guest requirements

Up to 10 guests ages 18 and up can attend. Parents may also bring children under 2 years of age.
