As an entrepreneur in different area, I’ve been enjoying hosting throught airbnb enormously during the past years.
The “typical food tour” has been happening for a couple of years now, and it started quite naturally, I love food, happened to be involved in some gastronomic projects in the past, and did live abroad for many years as well, so I had a good sense of where to take people so they can have and experience that is both tasty and memorable and safe/clean… most guests wanted a recommended a local taste of the food without trying randomly, and so it started to happen.
It’s been fun, and

This was an amazing experience. Carlos has great English, passion for food and is very accommodating. Only advice would be to go on an empty stomach. Can’t recommend this experience enough- it’s something you couldn’t do on your own in La Paz
