What you'll do

Go "ut på tur" around Maridalsvannet in the Oslomarka. These are trails many Oslo residents are unaware of, but loved by the local Kjelsås neighbourhood. Our group size respects the residential area and allows for an individualised experience.

As we walk, we pause for:
Guided Movement and Meditation
Forest Bathing
Photographing
Vision Acclimation Exercises

The forest offers diverse terrain with trees, moss, mushrooms, waterfalls, and rocks.

The time we start depends on the season due to early sunsets in Winter, and late sunsets in Summer.

Prepare for memorable experience with breathtaking views and moderate exertion. At the end of the tour, participants have the choice to return to the meeting point or explore independently.
Other things to note
Dress for the weather & all terrain walking dry, mud, snow, by season. Start on pavement, move onto grass, pine covered forest, trails, some rocks. Pack a small blanket or foam seat for rest breaks.
