What you'll do
The shared studio space within the shop hosts the "Bead Bar" where you can create a one of a kind piece of jewelry. No need for experience, Jennie and Jesse will be there to assist. Dig through the huge selection of beads, choose your favorites and get creative! Once, you've settled on design, we will help you with finishing and findings. Plan to spend at least a half an hour from start to finish but often a little longer. For assured safety- we will be sanitizing the bead bar before and after each guest and of course masks are required.
Other things to note
Hector Handmade is open 12-5pm Fridays Saturdays and Sundays . You are welcome to book anytime during regular business hours.

This is an awesome and fun thing to do. I highly recommend beading and making jewelry with Jennie! She was super warm, kind, and friendly. You can tell shes passionate about jewelry making as she guides you and compliments you in your bead selection and arrangement. I cant wait to come back and do this again! Jennie answered any questions I had even outside of the jewelry making process (places to go to find what I am looking for as well as her personal favorites to check out).

Upon arriving we felt very welcomed and got started right away.
Lots of beads to choose from and Jennie let us make what ever we wanted.
We all loved her little shop and left with necklaces that we all loved.
I would recommend this anytime.

I loved my time at Hector's Handmade! I hadn't had the opportunity to make any jewelry in several years, and it was wonderful to step right into someone else's capable hands and come out the other end with a finished piece. Jennie was a lovely host and made everything easy, and the studio space is beautiful. I'd love to come back!

I highly recommend this place. We booked a cabin in Corning through Airbnb and Hector Handmade came up as an activity. Jewelry making may not sound like the most appealing summer activity, but I was surprised.
We walked into this beautiful little shop and received the warmest welcome from two ladies, childhood friends and co-owners, Jennie and Jesse. These two amazing ladies are what made the experience. It was as if we had known each other forever.
The atmosphere of this shop is so hard to come by. If in the area, I urge you to support this amazing small business. You will not be disappointed.
