As a Metis foodie born in Quebec, I want to share my food and knowledge of traditional Abenaki cuisine for its health properties and its tastiness.

I use my past experience as a garde-manger in French restaurants to add chocolate to the mix and to introduce you to new flavours and textures.

I have recently developed a cookbook based on traditional Abenaki ingredients to be published shortly.

Where you'll be

You'll learn how to cook authentic Abenaki food at The Depanneur, a commercial kitchen where you will be provided with ingredients.
You’ll take home what you cooked.

Things to know

Cancellation policy

Any experience can be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, or at least 7 days before the experience starts.

Government ID

You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.
