What you'll do

We will meet and greet at my studio in Charlestown, RI. From there, I will give a basic talk on photography---touching briefly on the kind I love best---contemplative photography. We will then pile into my Ford Transit Connect (seats 7), and head to one of several on-site locations to practice taking photographs. Once we have each captured a few dozen images, we will head back to my studio for some editing and processing tools. I will provide cold (or hot, depending on time of year) drinks and light snacks.
Other things to note
Bring your curious and creative self. Regrettably, no pets can be safely accommodated.

Meet your host, Carol

Host on Airbnb since 2014
  • Identity verified
I am Carol Mossa, adventurer, author, healer, and photographer in private practice in the seaside Rhode Island town of Charlestown. From my second floor perch on the Old Post Road, I manage The Well Healing Arts Center, create singular works of inspirational art under the Earth's School Of Love label, curate local artists' work, write my Happy, Joyous, Free blog, teach meditation, photography, and writing workshops, create live storytelling events known as Stand & Tell: Stories Told by Heart, and manage Sweet Caroline's Vintage Cottage and Artist's Retreats.

One of my favorite quotes is, "Life intoxicates me!" I want more. "More" for me means "less" (less baggage, less debt, less strings). So, if you have a desire to live a wildly creative life, you've come to the right place!

Where you'll be

Depending on time of year and the weather, we will drive to and take photographs at one of my favorite locations---either the eclectic Umbrella Factory or Trustom Pond. My list is ever-changing and growing, so I will update my list often.
