What you'll do

In the morning when guests arrive at the tree house, we will greet everyone with fresh herbal tea and help them to settle down before the session starts. Once everyone settles down, we will start the restorative yoga session which helps release tension for the Lower Back and Hip joints, whilst soothing the Central Nervous System. The restorative yoga session will last for one hour and followed by Yoga Nidra (guided experience of deep rest) which continues for another 30 mins. At the end of the Yoga Nidra session, we will carry out the singing bowl meditation which helps promote relaxation and it's known for delivering healing properties. After the yoga session, it's followed by some light healthy vegan treats and refreshment. And we will finish the retreat with a 40 minutes mindful forest walk in the tree house's private grounds.

I have been teaching yoga in Bournemouth for nearly 5 years now. My personal yoga practise was closely guided by several devoted international yoga teachers throughout Asia. I offer Vinyasa flow classes which are dedicated to create a space where we can channel energy towards transformation. This is done through dedication, meditative awareness, and integrating body, breath, movement. I also offer restorative yoga and yoga nidra, focused on rest and rejuvenation. By the end of the session you'll have experienced how healing and beneficial deep rest is. With 9 years of practise and devotion to Ashtanga vinyasa flow, concepts of yogic philosophy, and mindfulness meditation throughout Asia, I bring in the respect for the mystery of life and encourage you all to practise with an open mind. We will visit a tree house which is hidden in the New Forest National Park and also have a walk into it's private grounds.

Government ID

You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.
