What you'll do
It will be a fun run though the historical Royal Parks Hyde Park & Ken Gardens in the heart of London - my home city the last 30 years. This is a tour for people who like running but emphasis will be on having the most fun possible, in a feel good way. You should be used to running but I will at the same time tune into your fitness level. Historical sites explained at short stops around the parks.
Other things to note
Please bring your running shoes and running gear. Have a good breakfast before the running and plenty of water as there will only be the one refreshment stop. ONLY DO THE TRIP IF YOUR HEALTH ALLOWS!

Where you'll be
Hyde Park is one of the largest parks in London and one of its Royal Parks. Kensington Gardens has been separate from Hyde Park since 1728, when Queen Caroline divided them by the Serpentine and the Long Water. We will pass Kensington Palace, The Royal Albert Hall & The Albert Memorial on the tour.
