What you'll do

We taste coffee like an expert sommelier evaluates wine. Do you ever wonder why Veracruz coffee has notes of jasmine, but the Chiapas is bursting with citrus acidity? In this course we will lead you through the process of tasting coffee using the industry standard of coffee cupping. We will help you taste, chart, and hone in on the unique flavors that coffee has to offer. This specialized class will prepare you for tasting more coffee around the region and at home.
Other things to note
Warning for caffeine sensible people, gluten (bread), some spices like cinnamon and chocolate. We don't mix all of those ingredients, so everyone who can drink some caffeine can take the course.
