What you'll do

Guided visit to the Reserve. Along the walk we will cross different natural environments: the marine areas, with shallow and cyclically emerged seabed, the brackish water marshes, the freshwater marshes (presence of several artesian wells), the reeds, the wet meadows, the environment of lowland forests, floodplains and riverbed. Each environment has its own ecological characteristics and we will discover them together. In every environment we will meet plants and wild animals that will let themselves be approached here.
Other things to note
La guida può essere fatta anche in lingua Slovene per group enabled.
Guided tour is also performed in Slovene for closed groups.

Michele and Ana, graduates in Natural Sciences, have for years managed and participated in the management of visitor centers in nature reserves. We love to recognize a plant, an animal and their tracks or enter a cave of the First World War or visit the bunkers of the cold war.
