What you'll do

First, I will explain Honkaku Shochu. History, manufacturing method, difference with Sake, differences from foreign distilled spirits, How to drink etc.
And you actually taste five kinds of Honkaku Shochu.During tasting you can eat some snacks together and check the mariage with shochu.
After checking the fragrance and taste of five shochu with different materials, you will challenge a blind test game. There is no doubt that this will be a very enjoyable experience.
After the class, you can get a quick guide of Honkaku Shochu. Not only there is a detailed explanation there, but also what kind of food and which shochu will fit, since there are hints to enjoy shochu. If you have the opportunity to visit a Japanese restaurant like Izakaya in the future, this guidebook will be useful.

Where you'll be

This experience will take place in a little old typical Japanese style apartment. You will experience not only Shochu tasting, but also the daily life of Japanese people.

Government ID
