I am passionate about helping local stay-at-home mothers and active seniors in the community return to the active workforce by training them to run hands-on cooking classes with visitors to Singapore.
Our group of stay-at-home mothers and active seniors are all amateur home cooks who are passionate about sharing their family recipes and personal stories of growing up in Singapore.

Daniel immediately answered all questions I had prior to booking for my parents trip. He was very nice. I'm so glad they had fun. Here's what they had to say:
"The environment was very friendly and conducive to learning with additional emphasis on the cultural history of the dishes. My wife and I learned how to make wonton soup and, my favorite, Hainanese chicken with chicken rice. The class was well-prepped with quality ingredients and the final dishes were exactly like what you would get from Singaporean restaurants. I would recommend anyone visiting to book a session. We were happy campers and have absolutely no regrets taking the class during our very short time in Singapore. Truly time and money well spent. Also great how they provide stay-at-home moms with fun work as cooking instructors. Even better, the recipes are included for everyone to recreate the dishes learned wherever they are in the world. If we could, we would give 10-stars without hesitation. We hope Food Playground continues to thrive and share their knowledge and passion for many years to come. Thanks for giving us such a great time!"
